Adapting Meditation in Business

Zen practice - "Start of the day" in the office.

Every day employees begin in a different environment - family relationships, a trip surrounded by emotions and people's speech, their own thoughts and experiences. Getting into the office, different vibrations and states prevent full understanding, interaction, decision-making within the company. Hence the inadequacy and conflicts with Clients. Extra haste, fuss, waste of time on useless disputes.
Zen practice "Beginning of the Day" is aimed at equalizing the vibrations of the brain, clearing negative emotions, relieving excess stress - reaching the general wave of harmony, constructiveness, effective solutions, ease of communication, effective actions.
Allocate a room, an area for the practice "Beginning of the day." Basic conditions - comfortable chairs, armchairs, sofas, SILENCE. For 10 minutes, opposite each other, employees with their eyes closed, relaxing their lower jaw, observe their own breathing. The focus should be below the head.
An employee who does not get into the general session independently starts the day with practice. Whoever comes at the moment of practice quietly and silently joins.

Zen practice - "10 minutes of silence" in the office.

Practicing Zen during the working day is a way to reduce stress, increase concentration, attention, balance the psyche of employees, bring harmony to relationships, and create a constructive atmosphere.
10 minutes of silence, every 3 hours. Does not exclude intellectual work. The silence of all employees - communication through other means of communication (correspondence, gestures ....). Walking around the office in the mind - the level of silence as a criterion of awareness.
Constant practice will bring a significant increase in results, increase in satisfaction and involvement of the team in business processes.

The practice of meditation promotes physical and mental health and, as a result, increases staff productivity.

The organization is a stressful environment that requires everyone, including the manager and ordinary employees, to immediately assess many factors and make responsible decisions. Most people are not prepared for such a pace and volume of work, they are not able to withstand the mental and emotional stress of such intensity. However, one cannot get away from work, and instead of qualitative results of labor, the employee only approaches professional burnout, the "manager's syndrome", breakdowns, illnesses, conflicts, reduced efficiency and efficiency, etc.

The main effects that occur with regular meditation practice are:

1. An increase in emotional stability, due to the fact that meditation causes a significant increase in the volume of the hippocampus (limbic part of the brain) and areas within the orbito-frontal cortex, thalamus and lower temporal gyrus - parts of the brain that regulate emotions. People who meditate are more likely to experience positive emotions, maintain emotional stability, and maintain rational behavior. Meditation reduces the release of the stress hormone cortisol.

2. Increasing the efficiency of activity, concentration and concentration. For most people, attention is scattered, it moves from the object of attention to non-essential details, and therefore it is required to constantly re-focus it on the task at hand. It takes a lot of energy to constantly move attention from one object to another. Meditation leads to stabilization of attention.
