After sleep, without opening your eyes, without getting out of bed, observe 7 inhalations and exhalations. Without thinking, all attention is on the movement of the abdomen. Don't control your breath.

While conscious, make the first 7 touches with each hand. The touch is the same as a sleeping baby.

Live the first 7 steps totally - fully feeling every touch of the foot, with a complete stop of the body, feeling the whole body at the moment of stopping. During practice, do not think, do not talk.
All attention of consciousness is on breathing, movement, touch.
Forgetting, don't regret, return to practice the next morning.
